Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy

At Decarboxylators, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.


1. Your right to cancel (change of mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at:

within 14 days of delivery.


2. Returning an item

If you cancel your order:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

  • You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.


4. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item is:

  • faulty

  • damaged

  • or incorrect

please contact us as soon as possible at sales@decarboxylators.co.uk with:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • photos where applicable

In these cases, we will cover the cost of return postage and offer:

  • a replacement

  • a repair

  • or a full refund

in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


5. Replacements

Where a replacement is agreed:

  • We will dispatch the replacement once the original item is received (unless otherwise agreed)

  • Replacement items are subject to stock availability


6. Items excluded from returns

Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns for:

  • items showing signs of use

  • items not returned in original condition

  • items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow instructions

This does not affect your statutory rights.


7. Refund processing times

Please note:

  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process refunds

  • We are not responsible for delays once the refund has been issued
